This webinar, presented by an attorney with decades of experience in the practice and teaching of alternative dispute resolution, provides overviews and in-depth analysis of the major forms and most popular variations of ADR.
From employees to customers to vendors to joint-venture partners… every business and commercial relationship in which your organization engages poses the very real possibility of a legal dispute. No contract is bullet-proof. And, with millions of lawyers, the United States is, hands down, the most litigious nation on earth. Furthermore, every court case --- even the ones that are ended early via a successful motion to dismiss --- cost thousands of dollars in legal fees. The cases that go south ---especially class actions --- can wind up costing millions. Additionally, employee morale and customer goodwill are adversely impacted when disputes wind up in the courthouse. ADR is the single best way to avoid these costly conundrums.
