Why should you attend?

Many people believe that ethics in business is an open-and-shut conversation. This is good and that is bad. Very black and white perspective. The truth is that ethics in business is tough, especially for HR professionals. The balance of doing what is right for the company and advocating for employees is difficult. There is no ‘one size fits all’ answer or approach. To grow in our field, we must be open to new concepts and ways of doing things. This webinar will open up dialogue on how ethics come into play for HR.
