Bob founded Assured Performance 360, an organizational development consultant firm specializing in developing high-performance culture. Assured Performance 360 works with all industries but specializes in high-consequence industries where the loss of life and high-value infrastructure are a constant concern.

Bob is a certified 360 Solutions partner and a graduate of Los Angeles Fire Department Leadership Academy and National Fire Academy Leadership programs. Bob founded the Las Vegas Fire and Rescue Leadership Academy in 2016.
