Mr.Scott A. Beisler

Scott A. Beisler is a director in the Washington, DC office of Navigant’s Global Construction practice. His national and international work has supported counsel and their clients in the areas of delay and disruption claims in all types of projects in the construction industry and manufacturing projects in the defense industry.

Scott brings significant and varied experience to complex issues such as delay, acceleration, disruption and loss of efficiency, and impact evaluation. Scott also provides advisory services on active projects.

For more than 30 years, clients have entrusted Scott to deliver prospective scheduling and time extension requests on active projects, evaluations and recovery plans on troubled projects, and prepare time extension requests on active projects as well as claims preparation or defense on completed projects. He has been involved in many types of projects including nuclear power plants, oil & gas plants, co-generation plants, commercial buildings, mixed-used projects, hospitals, government facilities, and hotels. Depending on the forum, Scott has also provided testimony along with participation in mediations and settlement negotiations.
