Why should you attend?

One of the biggest problems manufacturers face today is hiring skilled workers. There are an estimated 500,000 – 1,000,000 unfilled positions nationwide for workers skilled in manufacturing trades. If manufacturers can’t find enough skilled workers, they can’t grow their businesses. Therefore, it is critical for manufacturers to learn how they can use the new technologies of automation, robotics, artificial intelligence and IIoT that are part of Industry 4.0 to solve the labor shortage.
