Faculty - Ms.Penny Miller
Penny Miller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over 30 years’ experience as an HR professional. She was a career Air Force officer for 21 years, a portion of that time working on an Inspector General team, on which she audited HR functions for compliance and effectiveness. After her retirement from the military, she worked as an executive search recruiter and later as Director HR and Co-Chief Operating Officer for a large multi-specialty clinic. She started Venture HRO LLC in 2008, where she continues to work with companies of all sizes to design and implement HR strategies and practices to keep companies competitive.
