Overview of the webinar

The speaker has 30 years of experience managing and directing Credit teams working in both Public and Private organizations, six in total. During this time the experiences he has had with reviewing employees, terminating employees, developing dysfunctional departments into World class teams. From his experiences you will learn what things you can do to help further your career, how to do them and also how not to go about doing them. From seeing people using social media that hurt their careers to using social media to help terminate someone. How do you handle gossip in the workplace, what can you do as a manager to control it? What do you do with when raise times comes and the maximum amount to give everyone 3%, do you take the wimpy way out and give all your people 3% despite the fact some are higher performers than others or do you do the hard work and give the good performers more than the 3% and give the others less knowing they will not be happy with you?
