Why should you attend?

As the cost of healthcare continues to skyrocket, the cost of health insurance follows. For many employers, insurance has become too expensive, and self-funding a health benefit is the last and only option remaining for those that seek to offer these important benefits to their valued employees.  Yet, self-funding can be more than just a “last ditch effort” to offer health coverage. If done well, with innovative cost containment methods in mind, an efficient and effective self-funded benefit plan allows an employer to maximize benefits, minimize costs, and turn a burden into a recruitment tool. Any and all employers, and those that service them, cannot afford to miss this one.
