Tom Esch’s multi-faceted background, working in and for complex organizations in a wide range of settings, makes him a uniquely qualified consultant and keynote speaker. Tom works with health care companies, counties, cities, construction companies, business analysts, attorneys, executives, owners, managers and non-profit executives to grow interpersonal awareness and foster effective communication.

Tom Esch has been involved in courageous conversations since 1969 when a whiffle ball game ended badly. Since then he has become a specialist in challenging situations and has inspired more than 20,000 people around the world with his messages. He has lived extensively in East Africa and spent time living in Guatemala. He has worked, lived with and befriended people who are upper class, middle class and lower class.

Tom’s educational background includes a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the Process Work Institute in Portland, Oregon, a master’s degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and Mediation Training at Hamline University.
